1. Order Confirmation

• All orders for customized items are considered final once payment is confirmed.
• Please double-check all details (name, color, quantity) before submitting.

2. Customization Policy

• We create products exactly as per the details provided by you.
• PackMyName is not responsible for spelling errors or incorrect info entered by the customer.

3. Payments

• We accept payments via UPI or Cash on Delivery (COD – if available).
• Prices are inclusive of design, printing, and basic packaging.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Since items are personalized, no cancellations, exchanges, or refunds are allowed after order confirmation.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
• Delivery typically takes 5–7 working days based on your PIN code.
• We are not liable for delays caused by courier/logistics partners.

6. Liability

• We are not responsible for lost or damaged parcels once dispatched.
• In case of damage due to our error, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

7. Changes to Terms

• PackMyName reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time.
